Carter is a New York based freelance makeup artist specializing in bridal, editorial, film, and special event makeup with her work seen in The Knot magazine, on the runways at NYFW, and national film festivals. As a graduate of the Master Make-Up Artistry program at the Makeup Designory (MUD) in NYC, Carter has experience with all skin types with skills ranging from natural to full glam looks. Whether it is enhancing natural beauty or creating a transformational look, Carter is passionate about making her clients feel beautiful and confident for all occasions. When she is not glamming, Carter can
be found curling up with a romance novel with her tuxedo cat, Pickle.
