02 - Vision Meeting

We’ll meet virtually to get to know you and learn more about your wedding aesthetic. This conversation allows us to understand your beauty preferences, inspiration, and the details that will shape your experience.

03 - Behind the Scenes Planning

After our meeting, your designated beauty team gathers behind the scenes to review your details, inspiration images, and overall vision. This thoughtful preparation ensures your artists arrive at your trial fully aligned with your style.

04 - The Trial

Your hair and/or makeup trial is where we bring your vision to life together. During this session we collaborate, refine the details, and design the look you’ll wear on your wedding day.

05 - Perfecting the Look

After your trial, we welcome any feedback or adjustments. Together we fine-tune the details so everything feels exactly right.

06 - Reserving Your Date

Once services are finalized, we’ll send over your contract and deposit details. When both are completed, your wedding date is officially reserved with our team.

07 - Morning-of Planning

As your wedding approaches, we thoughtfully create a detailed hair and makeup timeline for the morning of your celebration. This timeline is shared with both you and your planner to ensure the day flows seamlessly.

08 - Wedding Day

Your beauty team arrives prepared and organized, creating a calm and joyful start to your day so you can relax, be present, and feel radiant walking down the aisle.

09 - Touch-Ups

For brides who would like continued support throughout the celebration, members of our team can remain on-site for touch-ups during portraits, before the ceremony, throughout cocktail hour, and into the evening, ensuring you look flawless from your first photo to the last dance.
